• Orders typically take up to 3 to 4 business days to be processed.
  • Please allow 7 - 14 business days from the date of your order being processed, to receive your package.
  • For orders that have a Pre-Order date or Date attached to the description title, please follow and allow that following time frame to receive your order.
  • For orders that are Made To Order please allow 21 - 30 business days to receive your order (not including weekends or holidays)
  • Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will be processed starting the following business day (the upcoming Monday if not a holiday)
  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
  • Free shipping in the United States only. 


  • To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit to manually input your tracking number.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Oceans And Roads as well as any other guest vendor, designer or artist that sells their item on our site, DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.



We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. The holidays have created delays worldwide and may cause a delay with your package. Please be patient as we are doing our best to have your items shipped and received in a timely fashion.  Also, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our shipping carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

Also, we work with third party warehouses through out the United States as well as internationally for our housing our products.  We also work with specialty embroidery services in Los Angeles, CA as well as the mid west and east coasts. On rare occasions but also during the holiday seasons (November - December) orders may take a little longer than usual to be fulfilled due to our embroidery service orders and manufacturing vendors here in the states and overseas. Please allow ample time between ordering and receiving your product during these times, especially if this is a gifted item to someone else (although we know that gifting ourselves is important too).

If there are any delay issues on our end, we will do our best to contact you before hand to  keep you in the loop on the progress of your order, if such delays were to ever happen.  We appreciate your business and we want you to be proud of your product as well as doing business with us.
