DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE RETURNS
We have a 7- day damage and defective return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a store credit for an item that you wish to return due to it being damaged or defective or receiving the wrong order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To be eligible for a damage or defective return, your item(s) must still have tags originally attached, shall not be worn, in any way and still must have the original packing with it. You are not able to return any used merchandise. Absolutely No Exceptions. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will also validate when your package was received.
To start a damage return, you can reach out on our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the package has started the return process, meaning that it has been sent to USPS and has received its tracking order (meaning it has been shipped to our facility) then we will begin the final process of the return so that you may be able to receive store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Exception | Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it was damaged during shipping, and/or you received a defective item, then you may receive store credit for the amount of the item only. It must be returned with all tags still originally attached, shall not be worn, in any way and still must have the original packing with it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically given a store credit for the total amount of the item returned including taxes and fees. Please remember it can take a few business days for the store credit to be added to your customer account. However, it will be done as quickly as possible. Again, please note: To be eligible your item(s) must still have tags originally attached, shall not be worn, in any way and still must have the original packing with it. Once the package has started the return process, meaning that it has been sent to USPS and has received its tracking order, meaning it has been shipped to our facility, then we will begin the final process of the return so that you may be able to receive store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and store credit shall not be issued.
